New mentoring service for software developers
By
After decades of consulting work, I’m making a significant change to how I help fellow developers. Instead of just solving immediate problems, I’m focusing on something that creates lasting impact: mentoring.
Why the change?
I still love software development, but I want to work on my own game projects. I enjoy helping others learn and improve their craft and honestly indie game development doesn’t pay well. So it’s a win-win. I get to help people which I find rewarding, and I get to keep the roof over my head while I work on passion projects.
How I work with mentees
This isn’t about following a curriculum or checking boxes. Every developer’s journey is different, and every challenge requires a tailored approach.
For developers ready to level up
This kind of mentoring works best for developers who are already motivated to grow. You’re not looking for someone to do the work, you want guidance on doing it better yourself.
Ready to get started?
I’m taking on a limited number of mentoring relationships to ensure I can give each developer the attention they deserve. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s talk.
